The short version

Because our coloring books are digital files delivered immediately, they cannot be returned once downloaded. For that reason we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind.

When we will refund you

We will refund your purchase in full if any of the following apply:

• The file is corrupted, will not open, or will not print, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product differs materially from what the product page described, for example a different page count or theme.
• You were unable to access your download and we could not deliver the file to you by another route.

How to request one

Email info@welcometraders.store within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will usually reply within two business days.

Before you ask

Most download problems are quick to solve. If the file will not open, try a different PDF reader first, and tell us which device and reader you used so we can help faster.
