What we collect

When you buy a coloring book we collect the information needed to process that order: your name, email address, billing details required by our payment provider, and the contents of your order. If you create an account we also store your username and password in encrypted form.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send your order confirmation and download link, and to reply if you contact us for support. We use billing information solely to take payment and to meet record-keeping obligations.

Payment information

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes card data on their own systems under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember whether you are logged in. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the shop, namely our hosting provider and our payment provider.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed to provide access to your downloads and to meet accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your order record will also remove your access to past downloads. Write to info@welcometraders.store.
